Website terms of use

These terms apply to your use of telarlabs.co.uk. They are deliberately short. Services we deliver for clients are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, not by these terms.

1. Who we are

telarlabs.co.uk is operated by TelarLabs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17273713. Registered office: Waterhouse Gardens, 1 Dutton Street, Manchester M3 1AJ, United Kingdom. Email: connect@telarlabs.co.uk.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site, read and quote its content with attribution, and use the tools on it (the payback calculator, the automation catalogue, the site assistant) to inform your own decisions. Do not use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with other visitors, or breaks the law. Reasonable automated access, including by search engines and AI crawlers, is permitted as described in our robots.txt.

3. Information, not advice or offer

Everything on this site is general information about how we work. Figures produced by the payback calculator, the readiness quiz, the pilot playbook and the automation catalogue are illustrative estimates based on the inputs you choose and public sources; they are not a promise of results. Any prices shown are starting points for a proposal, not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on the site creates a contract – that happens only in a signed proposal or agreement.

4. The site assistant

The “Ask AI” assistant is powered by a large language model and can be wrong. It answers questions about TelarLabs from published material; it cannot quote prices, agree timelines or make commitments on our behalf – only a person can. Do not enter personal, confidential or client data into it. We may limit, suspend or change the assistant at any time. How the assistant handles what you type is explained in our privacy notice.

5. Verified Talent programme

Participation in the Verified Talent programme is governed by the programme rules presented when you apply at app.telarlabs.co.uk. In short: verification is decided by a human reviewer, badges are bound to a specific version of a build, and they can expire or be revoked as described on the programme page. How we handle applicant data is set out in the applicant privacy notice.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design, code and images on this site are owned by TelarLabs Ltd unless stated otherwise. Third-party product names and trademarks mentioned in the automation catalogue belong to their respective owners and are cited as public sources; their inclusion is not an endorsement by them or of them.

7. Third-party links

The site links to external resources, including the sources behind the automation catalogue and our booking calendar on Cal.com. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

8. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on the site’s content or tools, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data, and the fact that we set no cookies of our own, is described in our privacy notice. For client engagements see data processing for client work.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
